All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1 week, and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is calculated by weight. Typically, a single mug is $13, 2 mugs $16. Heavier things like fruit bowls can cost $18-$20. If shipping ends up being less than what you paid, I will always refund the excess. Currently, shipping is only to the US. Made to order items may take 4-6 weeks to ship.

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. The buyer will have to cover the cost of shipping and be responsible for safely packing the products being returned. All pieces must be received in the condition they were purchased.

Disclaimer
All products are handmade; this results in natural variations in finish and size. All listed dimensions are approximations. All glazes used are non-toxic, lead-free, and fired in an electric kiln to 2300 degrees. Glazes used on dish ware are considered food-safe, although we do not do independent lab testing.
We recommend carefully hand washing all vessels, using a gentle non-abrasive cleanser or dish soap. Dishwasher and microwave use are not recommended given these are handmade, delicate items. Handle with care. Sun Up Ceramics is not liable for broken pieces from mishandling.
Light-colored, matte glazes are prone to staining – be mindful of what you put inside. Beets, turmeric, highly acidic foods, and metal utensils may alter the color of your glazes. Sun Up Ceramics is not liable for changes in the glaze based on customer usage.
Stoneware is a semi-porous substance, as is the nature of clay, so some light condensation on the bottom of the piece can be normal. Sun Up Ceramics is not liable for marks left on surfaces that vessels may leave due to the nature of the medium.
